1.General
By accessing yourlondoncabbie.com or booking a tour/service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or booking a tour.
The purpose of this website is to offer users a booking service accessible through this website for guided tours of London, either on foot, in a London Black taxi or a combination of both.
Your access to the website, viewing, and use of the materials provided on the site constitutes your acknowledgement that you understand and accept these general conditions, which define the rights and obligations of Your London Cabbie and you as a user in relation to contracting the services of guided tours.
2. Services
Your London Cabbie provides London taxi tours and personal driver services as described on the website. Bookings are made via an embedded Bokun widget, a cloud-based booking management solution designed for travel and tourism businesses of all sizes. Bokun helps us manage bookings, availability, and customer communications efficiently, while providing secure integration with payment processors such as Stripe. All customer data is handled securely by these platforms.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made online through the website or, where applicable, via email or phone.
A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email and an electronic ticket generated by Bokun, our booking provider. This confirmation email will include key details about your tour, including date, time, meeting location, and cancellation policy.
You must provide accurate personal information when booking.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed on yourlondoncabbie.com and are correct at the time of publication.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking and processed by Stripe. Credit card details are handled securely and never seen or stored by Your London Cabbie.
Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings remain at the price agreed at booking.
5. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations can be made by using the “Manage my Booking” facility found in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date will not be refunded, unless due to a medical or travel emergency.
In the case of a medical or travel emergency within 48 hours of the tour start, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling upon providing valid proof (such as a medical certificate or travel disruption evidence).
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour date will incur a rescheduling fee of £20 unless due to a verified medical or travel emergency.
In the event of a no-show, failing to meet the driver at the designated time and place on the day of the tour, there will be no refund, and the full booking cost will be charged.
Refunds are processed according to Stripe’s procedures and schedules.
Your London Cabbie reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund where applicable.
6. Conduct and Accessibility
All tours are inclusive and accessible to all users regardless of age, ability, or background.
Customers must be punctual, prepared, and respectful towards the driver and vehicle.
Accommodation for wheelchairs and buggies is available; please specify your requirements at booking.
7. Liability
Your London Cabbie will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss to customers, delays due to traffic, or events beyond reasonable control.
Customer belongings are their responsibility during tours.
8. Third-Party Services
Booking and payment processing is handled by Bokun and Stripe, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your London Cabbie does not accept responsibility for matters related to these external services beyond booking fulfilment.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies for Bokun widgets to manage the tour booking process and maintain shopping cart functionality. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect aggregated, anonymous statistics on site usage. These cookies do not identify you personally. You may manage cookie preferences via our consent platform.
10. Your Rights

14. Force Majeure
Your London Cabbie shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other emergency.
In the event of a force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify scheduled tours. Customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund where applicable.
Neither party shall be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions for delays or non-performance due to force majeure.
